2 /11 /2019 Jeannine Larrick was severely attacked for telling Guernsey County Sheriff's Deputy Robert Oakley to respect her in her home when he shouted at her in a threatening manner in front of her children. This was all over homeschooling and they had CPS ready and waiting outside. Guernsey County CPS Director Nicole Caldwell entered the home and refused to look at Jeannine's lawful homeschool records. Officer Oakley and his partner attacked Jeannine and violently threw her to the ground, handcuffed and arrested her in front of her 2 children who began screaming and crying over what they had witnessed. Jeannine was jailed while CPS director Ms. Caldwell perjured her complaint saying Jeannine attempted to throw something at her. Bodycam video proves that was a lie. Jeannine wasn't told about court while in jail and denied due process. Her children were kidnapped & removed from her custody unlawfully. A jury later found Jeannine innocent , yet the state refuses to return her kids.
