Hello! I’m Sol CHt, a Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist based in Portland, OR with a BA in Psychology and certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy from the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).

Combining my background in Psychology with extensive training in Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy with Paul Aurand MHt, I offer a practice that bridges science and spirit—one that empowers people to access their innate ability to transform their lives.

My approach is client-centered, practical, spiritually open-minded and non-dogmatic. My role is to be a guide, leading clients into deeper states of awareness where they can unlock their own wisdom, creativity, and healing.
