My mom made me a sign that says Cucina Pazzo. I proudly hang it in my kitchen. It's the perfect name for my Channel. It means crazy kitchen in Italian. I love to cook. Food is my love language. I started Cucina Pazzo on Facebook 2 years ago. During the pandemic I started making low carb meals and making video's. My goal was to lose weight and eat healthier. I lost 60lbs and feel better than ever. My family has encouraged me to do more and even make a cookbook. On Cucina Pazzo I cook meals that are "I can't believe this is keto" or "I can't believe this is low carb" type of meals. They are meals that taste like the regular meals you normally make or they will be healthy meals. Most meals are made in 30 minutes or less and most meals serve one person.
