Let me introduce myself, my name is Elliott Montgomery I am a 28 year old recovered Methamphetamine addict with over 5 years clean. I have seen a lot in my addiction and my recovery and I want to share the struggles I have seen surrounding myself and others who have been victims of this terrible chemical and the lifestyle surrounding those who have been caught in this trap. I have lived it and got out of it and I truly believe that anyone else who wants to get out can, no matter how dark it seems right now. I have created a musical document of the events that take place in this subculture of addiction, greed, lies and sadness. The character you are about to see is a portrait of those I have held close to me, some of them have found recovery and happiness, are still trapped in addiction and some have died an early age due to the poor choices that are made in their addiction. In this project I want to strip away and misconceptions, exaggerations, prejudice, and glamour about addiction.
