By mid-2014, what seemed to be a casual father-and-son conversation (between my dad and I) transpired into an insatiable desire, curiosity, and later motivation to create my YouTube channel "The Cognac Maniac."

I have dedicated myself to learning and sampling the different cognacs available in today's market.  As I do this, I promise to share my honest and most candid reviews on each product that I come across.

My wish and hope is to re-introduce what I believed to be a lost gem in the spirits world that only comes from one place on Earth:  Cognac, France.  I'd like to think that no living person is more curious and upbeat about cognac than I am, therefore, even if you feed off my passion for cognac and decide to try sampling some for yourself then we'd both be winners!
