My name is Laurie and I struggle with Bipolar Disorder type 2, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), anxiety and depression. I have spent years studying mental illness. I've gone to Psychiatrists, Therapists, mental health groups and tried many medications and even natural alternatives to find relief from my symptoms. These videos are about things I learned along the way. I hope by sharing my experience it will help your journey be a little easier.
