For my FIRST HOMETOWN SHOW, we’re celebrating pride weekend at Exit/In with Brye and Bridey!!

With the uncertain future of queer (and especially trans) rights, I think it’s incredibly fitting that my first hometown show is surrounding pride month and LGBT+ community. More than ever, we need to look out for each other and foster supportive relationships amongst ourselves!

My partner just visited for TWO WEEKS!! And it was AWESOME!! We got to see friends, attempt and fail and crocheting, binged a lot of shows, played games, visited our friend  ‪@randycheeseburg‬  and then got super sick. But we got sick TOGETHER!!

This last month has also been so much! One of my longest friends got married, I spent some good time with my brother and my sister in law, and my very cute niece!! With everything happening in the world and especially here in the ol USA, it’s been very difficult to stay calm and optimistic. But reminding myself of the little lovely things has helped my head stay a little tighter on my head. I hope everyone is doing well!!

One day… I will be better at photographing myself… GAP model era… 

I am 25!! and spending my money on responsible birthday gifts. Totally. Tonight is a send off to 24, a roller coaster from start to finish!!

Most of 24 was learning a lot about myself, and meeting so many new people! I’m thankful for everyone I’ve met and worked with this year, and even more thankful for those who have stayed in my life for this long!! From starting meds to touring, from doing my first cowrites to coming out (again), 24 has a huge take away for me: it’s always worth it to be kind to yourself. 

Leaving 24, I can confidently say that I might honestly be the happiest I’ve been in a long time, if not ever. And I have so many people to thank for that.

This was an incredibly fun song to make and work on, both in the recording process and video/story production.

and a very big thanks to  ‪@orbitalmoonrat‬   for bringing the idea of a music video to me!! It was a lot of rush (and a lot of me learning how to flat color) but we DID IT!!!! 

I am, so sick, so I will go back to resting, but I hope y'all enjoy the fun twists in Garden Party!! 

Yuji is 3 years old today!!!! Happy birthday lucky Mr. 7/14/21 over here, when are cats allowed to enter casinos we gotta get him into the slot rooms!!! All 7s baby all 7s!!! 

Tour is almost halfway done, (tix in bi-)💥 Every crowd has been AMAZING on my first van tour, thank you all for being so kind!!! :,). I have a collection of Dog and Bird cosplays im collecting, as well as the wonderful custom pieces some of yall made commemorating the music, most of which are on Felix’s phone (ty Felix :) )

WE WENT TO PORTILLOS AND IT WAS AWESOME, I bought a keychain to
commemorate, and I shortly relived my time as an ok softball little league pitcher. 

Also my friend is Yuji’s favorite person. It’s devastating.

This record was really cool in a lot of ways, one of which is that my friends (who were also my mixing and mastering engineers) were able to transform our house into a mini studio for the day!! So like everything was recorded in house, LITERALLY!

Driver’s Seat means a lot to me in a variety of ways, but something I’ve appreciated so much was getting to nerd out with a bunch of you over characters this song fits with! Sometimes personal music can be hard to talk in depth on, cause you know, personal! But being able to indulge in this song through the fandoms I started my public songwriting with, and other ones I’m in, was a really, really fulfilling experience. I’ve MISSED IT! I hope we can do it again sometime! :)
