I am 6' 3" 245+lbs @60 yrs old with a focus on strength and mental toughness. The purpose of these videos is to journal my journey, and lessons learned, and hold me accountable to consistency.
My focus is shifting to a leaner, lower body fat, but strongest version of me.

I love David Goggins and challenging myself with "What If?" constantly.
What if I add 100lbs to my squats?
What if I could lift as much as younger athletes?
I don't want to be average.
